How Much Money Does Finance Make

People with finance degrees, how much money do you make and you can be anonymous.

Curious student who is choosing between accounting and finance. I mainly care about money, yes it's a horrible mindset but it is what it is.

Same position, same experience, but $10k less w/no bonus for me, living in a relatively HCOL city. But, silver lining, great company who makes a product I consume a lot of, so getting it for free every week is pretty great.

Is it an F100 or F500 company? Just curious because I'm looking into a similar career path. Also if you do not mind me asking, were the raises relatively consistent YoY?

How is that a horrible mindset? As long as you can separate your career from who you are as an individual, that's a common reason for many people when it comes to choosing a career. That makes no sense
